When your boss gives an assignment to you or a goal to your team, don't dismiss it as unattainable. Ideally you should find a way to meet your supervisor's expectations, but if something truly is not feasible, suggest an alternative. Example: “I like your plan for moving up the newsletter's schedule, but I'm not sure how we can make that happen this month with the other assignments we have.
